We need to find out what is using the port, so that we can disable or relocate it, and so that the Apache that runs Easy WP Localhost can use port 80.

For Windows 10:

1. Click Start > Settings > Network and Internet > Windows Firewall
2. In the left pane, click Advanced Settings
3. In Windows Firewall with Advanced Security, click Inbound Rules.
4. Find Local Port 80 with Protocol TCP.
5. Once you find it, stop or disable that rule.

To test, disable what is using port 80, wait a couple of minutes and try starting your Apache and MySQL services again.
